• Introducing Queue Wallboard 2.0!
    • The look and feel has been completely redesigned to match all other services
    • Now you can set a custom colour for each queue in the wallboard
    • You can also set an individual time zone for each wallboard. Previously, a global PBX time zone was used
    • A filter for queues in the user list has been added. This is useful when the same user is participating in several queues at once but, for example, has left one of them
    • The caller ID prefix is now displayed in the user's call information
    • Now, instead of displaying the total number of users attached to the queue—we display available users who can answer calls at the moment
      • If all users are unavailable (offline, DND, left the queue), it’s highlighted in red
      • If all users are currently on a call and there is no one to answer new calls, it’s highlighted in orange
    • For the time being, we are leaving access to the old UI. You can open it by changing the UR: wallboard > old-wallboard
  • Desktop and browser Webphone:
    • Previously, if you made a second call yourself or received an incoming call while you already had an active call, it was impossible to transfer the call. You had to end one of the calls in order to transfer it
    • Now you can make blind or attended transfer even when you already have two active calls on the line. Alternatively, this function can be used as a call to a third line
  • You can now activate the TLS protocol for SIP devices
    • PBX > Settings > General > TLS encryption
    • Please note that all types of Webphone devices already use the TLS protocol by default
  • Prioritising codecs with high call quality
    • Previously, the priority codec for calls was G.711 u-law. A decent codec, but not the best in terms of sound quality
    • Now the highest priority codec is G.722. Its sound quality is noticeably better
    • Different codecs are used depending on where you are calling: PSTN, mobile, VoIP. You are unlikely to notice a dramatic improvement, but now in some situations the sound may be better
