How to Configure Global Blocklists

Introduction

 

The Global Blocklist feature will help you to block incoming calls from the numbers added in the Global blocklist. All the blocked numbers will get a busy tone when they try to call any number in your account. Should you need any assistance, feel free to contact our support department.

 

Configuring the Global Blocklist

 

Firstly, head to the PBX tab and go to Settings --> Global blocklist

Once you are on the Global Blocklist page, click on Add and enter the number you would like to block

Click on Add and Click on save after adding all the numbers.

You can block callers without any caller IDs displayed by selecting “Block anonymous calls”.

Once saved, click on Apply Configuration
