Our latest Webphone mobile update adds CRM integrations with HubSpot, Zendesk and Zoho. You can now view CRM details during a call or elsewhere in the app, create new CRM contacts, open CRM profiles and activities, and log calls with notes directly from the Webphone. CRM integrations require a separate licence, available under Customer portal > Services > Advanced features > Integrations. Zapier support is planned for the next update.
You can now also minimise an active call and continue using the rest of the app.
On iOS, you can now switch between dark and light themes or follow the system appearance, and see which phonebook each contact belongs to in different places. These two features will be added to the Android version in the next update.
