2.0.5 Update

  • Webphone:
    • The phone number field has been significantly updated. It is now possible to:
      • move the cursor to any position using the mouse or the arrow keys.
      • select the whole or part of the phone number.
      • use the ‘Delete’ button.
      • use the letters of the English alphabet in any capitalisation to enter a phone number using the T9 rule.
    • Hint: you can enter a phone number via the keyboard and modify it even without activating the cursor on the 'Phone number' field.

        • Added an internal number next to the user's name: in the top right corner (when full screen) and in the settings.

        • The call time in the call history is now displayed according to the time zone of the device.

        • A lot of small visual improvements.
  • The ‘Queue’ PBX object logic has been changed:
    • If all users are out of the queue, the call will be routed to the 'Timeout' path (needs to be configured).
    • If all users are offline, the call will be routed to the 'Timeout' path (needs to be configured).
      • If a user has an 'External number' or 'Microsoft Teams' they will always be counted online.

  • Administrators who do not have access to the 'Order services' tab will now not receive number porting notifications.
  • Previously, when a user's call plan was changed, the new call plan was displayed in the call history for all of the user's calls: old and new. Now the new call plan is only displayed for new calls.
