On this screen, it is possible to grant privileges and restrictions to the users that have been created. In the access rights section, you can select the tabs which would be visible and can be accessed by the new user. The email preferences options allow you to determine the reports that should be sent to this new account. Finally, the show history button allows you to access and audit log so you can check any changes that were made by a particular user.

Customer portal administrator usages

This scenario simulates a large clothing retail shop in Melbourne, which has several branches around the city. The IT department has implemented a complex PBX call flow integrating all branches to reduce costs and facilitate communication between each of the offices. For administration purpose, it has been decided to grant access to the managers according to each department. For example, Wayne is the IT manager of the company. In this case, he should have access to the following Tabs, as shown in the image below.

The managers have restricted access only to the necessary information related to the tasks of their department. It can be seen in the following image comparison of the priveledges between the managers. The accounting manager, Lionel, he has access to the Billing tab, Order services and Reports. Additionally, he is the only one that receives emails with invoices and receipts. On top of this, Christine, from the human resources department, she has access to the Admins tab to manage the user's access rights.
