A VoIP Line PBX phone system can also make multiple outgoing calls at once.

You can have a virtual phone number from most countries pointing to your PBX phone system.
You virtual number will act as a regular phone number to people in that country and the calls sent directly to your Virtual PBX.
Existing numbers can be ported to be a virtual number and linked directly to your virtual PBX.
Virtual number's can be added to your virtual phone system at a later date if required.
Inbound calls on toll free virtual numbers (1300/1800) are charged at our call rates

By pressing just a few buttons you can generate reports showing what number of virtual calls each employee made or received, day and time of calls.
If you have call recording function enabled, you can also listed to any number of recorded phone call made or received via your virtual PBX system.
By using multiple inbound virtual number (DID) you can now trace performance of different advertising campaigns.
You can also find out what number calls you most often by sorting records by caller ID and specifying different matching criteria. (e.g. how many calls were received from NSW, how many from VIC etc)
