Returns/Refunds Policy



Our return/refund policy is very simple and straight forward:

a) Equipment returns:

If you are not happy with the equipment purchased from VoIPLine Telecom for whatever reason, you can request a refund or replacement of the equipment. Refunds for equipment can only be issued within 30 days of purchase and only for equipment that is returned in its original packaging, including all documentation, cds and hardware. Equipment without its original packaging cannot be accepted for refund, however a trade in can be negotiated. It is customer's responsibility to deliver equipment to VoIPLine Telecom for refund or exchange. All equipment sold is covered by 12 months manufacturer's warranty, unless stated otherwise on the sales invoice.


b) Service fees refunds:

You can request full refund of Hosted PBX, DIDs, setup/configuration fees within 30 days from service activation if you are not 100% happy with the service. Charges for the calls made or sms sent are not refundable. For disconnections after initial 30 days of use, you can request 'pro rata' refund of HostedPBX and DID fees for the unused portion of the billing period. Refunds will generally be issued to the credit card used for initial payment
