What is cloud PBX

Call Trunk
Onsite PBX

Our Network

VoIP stands for ‘voice over IP’, where IP could be public internet or private dedicated IP tails with guaranteed bandwidth.
VoIP Line Telecom can provide services via both types of connection.
Modern IP connections can support many simultaneous calls via single data connection.

VoIP Line Cloud PBX:

Ability to place many simultaneous calls via single data connection and low cost of data traffic allows to move traditional on premise PBX system away to the cloud. Providing new levels of functionality & reliability.

VoIP Line Telecom offers two types of VoIP PBX Service:
  1. Managed PBX – you supply requirements and we configure the system for you. One virtual PBX is shared between multiple business users.
  2. Private Hosted PBX – dedicated VoIP system for your business, where you can install custom third party software and access all its configuration settings.

The core of our Hosted PBX system is well known Asterisk engine. This allows for integration with various third party modules and systems.
Some terminology:
Extensions – internal four digit numbers. At least one number is usually assigned to each VoIP phone
DIDs – Inbound phone numbers. Each number has capacity to carry multiple simultaneous inbound calls.

We can configure cloud VoIP Phone System with various rules to match your business requirements.
E.g. you can have one DID that would ring multiple extensions, or you could have many DIDs all linked to one extension.
Notice that we can provide inbound numbers from any state of Australia, New Zealand and many overseas destinations.

If you ordered IP Phones from us, all phones will be preconfigured to connect to our VoIP Gateway before shipment.
All you have to do then – just plug them into your existing broadband connection and start making calls.

Call Trunk:

VoIP Call Trunks allow you to use your existing PBX equipment and connect it to VoIP. Special ISDN-VoIP or PSTN-VoIP adapters can be used. Using VoIP result in huge savings on telephony services.
Hybrid service can also be offered: Call Trunk + Hosted PBX that would allow business to utilise latest in telephony technologies without having to replace their existing business phones.

Onsite VoIP PBX:

VoIP Line Telecom can configure and deploy onsite VoIP PBX systems for customers with special requirements, larger number of extensions required or for when integration with other equipment is required.
Onsite VoIP Phone Systems can be managed & maintained by our qualified Telephony engineers and supports all functions provided on our Hosted Solution.
Service can be provided in any state of Australia at very competitive prices.
